DEAF AWARENESS TRAINING
We believe that the key to equality is all within education. Organizations and individuals are often made to feel that they should understand deafness. This is impossible if they have never had a way to accurately acquire knowledge or experience with deafness. That’s where we come in..

Our training and awareness courses are an open platform, developed and led by Deaf language experts through sign language interpreters. Our services are tailor-made and can be delivered in a wide range of settings.

We encourage honesty and transparency in our training and learning through interaction in a jargon-free, relaxed and fun learning environment. This is so people can open up and discuss what can sometimes feel like a difficult topic. We aim to create an inclusive environment, remove barriers, promote mutual respect, and challenge the myths that are often associated with deafness and disability.

Our training aims to provide you with a practical understanding of deafness, and innovative ways to support your Deaf and hard-of-hearing employees. This training & awareness course will utilize research and evidence, case studies, personal reflection, and peer discussion.
